The official website of Re:Zero has revealed that the upcoming season four of the anime will have 19 episodes in total.
The episodes will be split into two cours, the “Loss Arc,” which will run for 11 episodes, and the “Reclamation Arc,” which will run for 8 episodes. The first cour will start airing on April 8, 2026, whereas the second cour will start airing on Aug 8, 2026.
A new key visual featuring the main character Subaru Natsuki and Emilia-tan, along with their party who will feature heavily in the upcoming season, was unveiled. The visual also features newly appearing character Shaula and Reid van Astrea, accompanied with a tagline ‘Who Are You?’
Season 4 will adapt the Pleiades Watchtower storyline, which is the Arc 6 of Tappei Nagatsuki’s light novels. Following the brutal battles against the Sin Archbishops in the city of Priestella during Season 3, Subaru and his allies must now trek across the treacherous Augria Sand Dunes to seek knowledge from the legendary Sage to save the victims of Archbishop Capella.
In addition to the broadcast details, the production staff also revealed details about the ending theme of the anime.
Re:Zero Season 4 Ending Theme Details Revealed:
The ending theme for Re:Zero Season 4, titled Ender Ember, will be performed by MYTH & ROID in collaboration with TK from the band Ling Tosite Sigure.
MYTh & ROID are no strangers to the Re:Zero franchise having previously provided ending themes in both Season 1 and Season 3 of the anime. Meanwhile, TK is best known for Unravel from Tokyo Ghoul anime.
The artists also revealed their comments in light of the announcement.

Following the 3rd season, MYTH & ROID will once again perform the ending theme song for the TV anime Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World 4th Season as MYTH & ROID feat. TK. This new song, ‘Ender Ember,’ was created with the theme of the heat lingering after the end. It carries forward the time we’ve shared with Re:Zero thus far, while also aiming to capture the emotions that seep through beyond the story’s conclusion.
TK’s contribution as a featured artist brings new intensity to the track, and the resonance of our voices together has created a song with unprecedented passion. Please look forward to it alongside the broadcast of the TV Anime Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World 4th Season, airing from April.

White Fox will be returning to animate the fourth season, with key staff and cast members also expected to return. The anime is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
Based on the light novels written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka, the franchise has surpassed 13 million copies in circulation under KADOKAWA’s MF Bunko J imprint. The anime first aired in 2016, with subsequent seasons releasing in 2020–2021 and 2024–2025.
