The official Youtube channel for studio Pierrot has announced on Thursday, June 2, 2022, that they will start streaming full episodes of four classic animes for free for a limited time starting this June.

The free episodes for The Wonderful Adventures of Nils anime started streaming on June 1 at 18:30 (JST), with the latest episodes set to deliver every Monday. The episodes will be available for streaming for only two weeks from the release. In addition, episodes of the TV Anime Hikaru no Go also started streaming on the same day.

The four OVAs of Creamy Mami, the Magic Angel will be broadcasted every Friday at 19:00 (JST) for 4 consecutive weeks from June 3rd.

Popular episodes of Osomatsu-kun (13 episodes in total) will be distributed starting June 3, and episodes of School Ghost Story (3 episodes in total) will be distributed on July 1st for one month only from the release of each episode. The 20th anniversary PV for Hikaru no Go is also available on the channel.

Pierrot Co., Ltd. is a Japanese animation studio established in May 1979 by former employees of both Tatsunoko Production and Mushi Production. Its headquarters are located in Mitaka, Tokyo. Pierrot is renowned for several worldwide popular anime series, such as Naruto, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, Black Clover, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Tokyo Ghoul, and Great Teacher Onizuka.

Yu Yu Hakusho and Saiyuki, two of the company’s anime series, won the Animage Anime Grand Prix Award in 1994 and 1995, and 2000, respectively.
