The official website for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie announced on Friday, May 20, 2022, that the film will be screened in IMAX, MX4D, 4DX, and Dolby Cinema formats.
The IMAX version of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie will release on June 11, with the 4DX and MX4D versions realising on June 25, and finally Dolby Cinema screens will start showing the film on July 1.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero hits Japanese theaters on June 11 ahead of its global release.
Crunchyroll is set to release the film worldwide in both subtitled and dubbed formats this summer. The movie will release in India on the same date as the global release date.
Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures will distribute the film in the following regions: North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia except Japan.
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is the second film to be released for the Dragon Ball: Super series and will be the 21st overall in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.
