The official website for Rent-A-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) launched a third character teaser video for the second season of the anime on May 30, 2022, focusing on Mami Nanami.

A new date visual for Mami-chan was also released along with the teaser.

In the previous week, the franchise released character videos and date visuals for Ruka Sarashina and Mizuhara Chizuru.

Rent-a-Girlfriend (Kanojo Okarishimasu) Season 2 is set to release on July 2, 2022.

The cast of the series includes:

• Sora Amamiya  as Chizuru Mizuhara.
• Aoi Yuuki  as Mami Nanami
• Nao Touyama  as Ruka Sarashina.
• Rie Takahashi  as Sumi Sakurasawa.
• Shun Horie  as Kazuya Kinoshita.

The following staff members are working on the anime;

• Kazuomi Koga  ( Rainy Cocoa , Welcome to Rainy Color ) is directing the anime at  TMS Entertainment  in collaboration with  Studio Comet .
• Mitsutaka Hirota  ( Anime-Gataris , Nanbaka , The Prince of Tennis II ) is writing and supervising the scripts.
• Kanna Hirayama ( Yakusoku no Neverland , Sword Art Online: Alicization , Maou-sama , Retry! ) is in charge of character design and animation direction.
• HYADAIN ( One Punch Man , Kuroko no Basket , Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu ) is composing the soundtrack.

Rent-A-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) is a manga written and illustrated by Reiji Miyajima. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since July 2017. The manga’s chapters have been compiled into twenty-six volumes as of May 2022.

An anime adaptation of the manga by TMS Entertainment aired on July 10, 2020, and had 12 episodes.
