The official website for Kaguya Sama Season 3 (Kaguya Sama: Love is War: Ultra Romantic) revealed on June 17, that the final episode of the season will be an hour long.

The final episode will air on June 24, 2022.

A new PV and visual with the tagline, “Goodbye love comedy,” were released along with the announcement. An English subtitled version of the PV was released by Aniplex USA on June 18.

A special program titled “Kaguya Day” will air on ABEMA for 24 hours after the broadcast of the final episode. The 24 hour program will look back on the series with its cast and staff.

The schedule for the same will be announced later.

Kaguya Sama Season 3 started airing on April 8, 2022. It is being broadcast on TOKYO MX, BS11 and ABEMA at 24:00 JST.

Kaguya Sama: Love Is War is a manga series written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka. It began serialization in Shueisha’s seinen manga magazine Miracle Jump in May 2015 and was transferred to Weekly Young Jump in March 2016.

The manga officially entered the final arc in the 45th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump. It currently has 17 million copies in circulation.

A 12-episode anime television series adaptation by A-1 Pictures aired in Japan from January to March 2019. A second season aired from April to June 2020. An OVA episode was released in 2021.

The anime also be got its first ever special exhibition starting April 29, 2022, to celebrate the release of Season 3.
