Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Announces Its First Ever Special Exhibition

The event will be held across 4 venues including Osaka, Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Nagoya.

In order to commemorate the release of the anime’s third season titled Kaguya Sama Love is War Season 3 – Ultra Romantic –, the franchise will be getting its first ever special exhibition.

The newly launched official website of the event, “Kaguya-sama: Love is War Special Exhibition,” announced on Tuesday, Mar 15, 2022, that the exhibition will be held across 4 venues including Osaka, Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Nagoya.

The first Kaguya Sama exhibition will take place at the ATC Gallery in Nanko, Osaka from Apr 29 – May 15, 2022. More details on the other venues will be unveiled at a later date.

The exhibits will feature exclusive videos, the first public release of animation-related materials such as original drawings and storyboards. Visitors will be greeted with a special “Shuchiin Music Event” illustrated character bookmark exclusive to the exhibition.

There will be photo spots for the visitors that allow them to immerse themselves in the world of Shuchiin Academy.

The event will be held maintaining strict COVID-19 protocols, indicating the number of tickets will be lowered in case of exceeding the permitted audience count.

Kaguya Sama Season 3 will start broadcasting from April 8, 2022, in Japan. The anime will be aired on TOKYO MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV at 24:00 hrs. JST.

Kaguya Sama: Love Is War is a manga series written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka. It began serialization in Shueisha’s seinen manga magazine Miracle Jump in May 2015 and was transferred to Weekly Young Jump in March 2016.

The manga officially entered the final arc in the 45th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump. It currently has 17 million copies in circulation.

A 12-episode anime television series adaptation by A-1 Pictures aired in Japan from January to March 2019. A second season aired from April to June 2020. An OVA episode was released in 2021.
