Dragon Ball Super: Beerus’ English, Spanish And Portuguese Dubs Release Date Revealed

Crunchyroll has announced that Dragon Ball Super: Beerus will receive English, Spanish and Portuguese dubs, which will begin streaming on the platform on Nov. 12, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PT.

The initial voice cast for all three language versions has also been revealed.

The English dub will see Sean Schemmel return as Son Goku, Christopher R. Sabat as Vegeta, Jason Douglas as Beerus and Ian Sinclair as Whis.

The Spanish dub cast includes Mario Castañeda as Son Goku, René Garcia as Vegeta, José Luis Orozco as Beerus and Arturo Castañeda as Whis. Meanwhile, Wendel Bezerra, Alfredo Rollo, Marcelo Pissardini and Felipe Grinan will voice Goku, Vegeta, Beerus and Whis, respectively, in the Portuguese dub.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus premiered in Japan on Oct. 11, 2026. The series reworks the original Dragon Ball Super television anime, which aired from 2015 to 2018 across 131 episodes.

Its accompanying manga, by Akira Toriyama and Toyotarou, was serialized in Shueisha’s V Jump. However, the manga went on hiatus following Toriyama’s passing in March 2024.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus aims to streamline the pacing of the original series while incorporating newly drawn animation cuts and remastered sound mixing.

Crunchyroll describes the plot of the series as:

Several years have passed since the fierce battle against Majin Buu, and Earth has finally regained a brief moment of peace. At the same time, Beerus, the God of Destruction, awakens from his long, deep sleep. Even Kai and Supreme Kai, aware of Beerus’ overwhelming power to destroy entire planets, watch his awakening with great fear… Meanwhile, Beerus hears rumors of a Saiyan who defeated Frieza, and suddenly appears before Goku.

Targeted by Beerus, the strongest being in the universe, Earth is in grave danger. Thus begins an earth-shattering cosmic battle between the God of Destruction and Goku and his allies, a conflict that will shake the entire universe.
