One Piece Day ’26 Reveals Schedule & Global Streaming Details

Bandai Namco, Shueisha and Toei Animation have unveiled the full streaming schedule for One Piece Day ’26, confirming that key stage programs from the franchise’s annual celebration will be livestreamed worldwide for free on YouTube later this month.

The global YouTube broadcast will begin with One Piece Day ’26 Premium Eve on Aug 22, streaming from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. JST (5:15 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. EDT).

The main event on Aug 23 will stream from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. JST (9:30 p.m. EDT on Aug 22 to 5:30 a.m. EDT on Aug 23).

The livestream will include the latest announcements from the One Piece franchise, a new One Piece Card Game presentation, and live performances by longtime anime theme song artists Hiroshi Kitadani and Maki Otsuki.

AiNA THE END, who performs the opening theme for the anime’s Elbaph Arc, and 36km/h, who performs the ending theme, are also scheduled to appear.

The event will also feature a stage program with the Japanese voice cast, including Mayumi Tanaka (Monkey D. Luffy), Kazuya Nakai (Roronoa Zoro), Akemi Okamura (Nami), Kappei Yamaguchi (Usopp), Hiroaki Hirata (Sanji), Ikue Otani (Tony Tony Chopper), Yuriko Yamaguchi (Nico Robin), Subaru Kimura (Franky), Katsuhisa Houki (Jinbe), Tsuyoshi Koyama (Hajrudin), Eiji Takemoto (Stansen), Ayane Sakura (Gerd), Masaya Takatsuka (Goldberg), Ryota Takeuchi (Rodo) and Kenjiro Tsuda (Saint Shamrock).

The final results of the second global One Piece World Top 100 character popularity poll will also be announced during the event. Rankings from No. 100 to No. 31 will be revealed on the first day, while the Top 30 will be unveiled during the second day’s program.

One Piece debuted in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on July 22, 1997.

First held in 2022, One Piece Day commemorates the manga’s serialization anniversary with exhibitions, stage events, live performances, merchandise sales, and franchise announcements.

This year’s event marks the fifth edition of the annual celebration.
