My Hero Academia Season 6 Cour 2 Drops Creditless Videos For Opening & Ending Theme Songs

The official website of My Hero Academia season 6 dropped creditless videos for opening and ending theme songs of its second cour on Jan 21, 2023.

Eve performed the new opening theme song “Bokura no,” while SIX LOUNGE performed the ending theme “Kitakaze”.

The second cour of My Hero Academia season 6 started airing on Jan 7, 2023.

Like the previous seasons, Studio Bones is in charge of animating the series. My Hero Academia Season 6 will adapt the war arc from the manga.

The cast from previous seasons will also be reprising their role in My Hero Academia Season 6. The new opening theme song, “Hitamuki” will be performed by SUPER BEAVER.

My Hero Academia is a manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 2014, with its chapters collected into 33 tankōbon volumes as of February 2022. The series has numerous spin-off manga, including My Hero Academia: Smash!!, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes and My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions.

The manga received a TV anime adaptation by Studio Bones. Its first season aired in Japan from April to June 2016, followed by a second season from April to September 2017, third season from April to September 2018, fourth season from October 2019 to April 2020, and a fifth season from March to September 2021.

It has also received three animated films, titled My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, and My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission respectively. There are plans for a live-action film by Legendary Entertainment.

As of January 2022, the manga had over 65 million copies in circulation worldwide.
