The official website for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity revealed the anime’s main promotional video on Monday ahead of its July 2026 premiere.
The newly released PV opens with a battle scene between Ichigo Kurosaki and Yhwach, before showcasing action sequences featuring Kisuke Urahara, Yoruichi Shihoin, members of the Gotei 13 and Uryu Ishida.
While an advance theatrical screening for the opening three episodes was previously announced for the United States in April through Fathom Entertainment and VIZ Media, it was now revealed that Japan will also hold a one-day advance screening event for Episodes 1–3 on June 21 at select theaters in Hokkaido, Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka and Fukuoka.
Special stage greetings will be held at the United Cinemas Aqua City Odaiba and feature cast members including Masakazu Morita, Noriaki Sugiyama, Shinichiro Miki, Yuichiro Umehara and Shunsuke Takeuchi.
Attendees will receive exclusive illustration card bonuses, while Klub Outside members attending the evening screening will get a special sticker illustrated by Tite Kubo.
The Calamity serves as the final installment of the Thousand-Year Blood War adaptation, which has been released in split cours since 2022.
