The official X account of Dandadan revealed on March 31, 2025 that Yukinobu Tatsu’s manga has reached 10 million copies in circulation.

A PV including scenes from the recently concluded first season of the anime was revealed in order to commemorate the announcement.

Additionally, a new website was also unveiled in order to commemorate the release of the manga’s 19th volume – which will release on April 4, 2025.

The manga had previously hit 5 million copies in December 2024.

Dandadan had hit 3.2 million copies with the 11th volume, and the number increased to 4 million by November 2024 with 17 volumes released.

The circulation started rising quickly once the anime adaptation started airing in October 2024. This was evident as the first four volumes of the manga ranked among the top 20 best selling manga in the United States in November 2024.

Additionally, Dandadan was among the fastest growing manga series in North America according to Circana’s data.

Dandadan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukinobu Tatsu. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ service since April 2021, with its chapters collected into 17 tankobon volumes as of November 2024.

The series is simultaneously published in English and Spanish on Shueisha’s Manga Plus platform and in English on Viz Media’s Shonen.

A second season of the anime adaptation by Science Saru will air in July 2025.
