The official KadokawaAnime YouTube channel revealed a trailer for the second season of Saga of Tanya the Evil anime, which is scheduled to release in 2026. However, there is no date confirmation yet.

The voice staff for season 2 is as follows:

Regarding the second season of the anime, the new director, Takayuki Yamamoto, said, “I am extremely honoured to be involved in the production of Saga of Tanya the Evil. We are currently working hard with the wonderful staff, so please wait a little longer!“
The novel Saga of Tanya the Evil began publishing in 2013, whereas the 12th novel was published on February 20, 2020. The manga was officially published on Monthly Comp Ace in 2016, whereas the 20th volume was published by Kadokawa on December 26. The anime adaptation premiered in January 2017.
The anime also had an anime film in February 2019. The anime was simulcast on Crunchyroll. The manga and the light novels were licensed by Yen Press, and it describes the series as:
High above the blood- and mud-soaked trenches, a young girl pits herself against army mages in high-stakes aerial duels with bullets, spells, and bayonets. Her name is Tanya Degurechaff, and she is the Devil of the Rhine, one of the greatest soldiers the Empire has ever seen!
