One Punch Man and Mob Psycho author ONE will be releasing a new manga, titled, Versus, in Kodansha’s Shonen Sirius magazine. It will start serializing in the magazine’s January issue, which will release on Nov 26, 2022.

ONE will be in charge of handling the story, Kotaro Azuma will be handling the art of the manga, and bose is credited with the manga’s composition.

Azuma is known for illustrating The King of Fighters: A New Beginning, which was serialized in Kodansha’s Manga Pocket app.

Versus is a manga set in a fantasy world where demons have invaded the human world and oppressed them for hundreds of years. The humans have been gathering 47 heroes from among themselves, in order to counter the Demon Lord and his 47 generals, and begin a desperate battle for survival.

An official twitter account too was launched for the manga ahead of its serialization. ONE too put out a tweet about the manga saying that he will be in charge of the original story and designing some characters. The author asked fans to look forward to the series.

ONE or Tomohiro is a Japanese manga artist, who is best known for his web manga series One-Punch Man, which was later remade into a digital manga illustrated by Yusuke Murata.

One serializes the One-Punch Man webcomic on his website under no official publisher, while the manga adaptation is serialized in the web version of Weekly Young Jump. His other well-known series, Mob Psycho 100, was serialized in the online version of Weekly Shonen Sunday, Ura Sunday.
