TROYCA and DMM Pictures announced on Tuesday, Feb 22, 2022, that they are collaborating together to produce a new original anime series titled Shinobi no Ittoki (A Shinobi’s Moment). The original anime is scheduled for 2022.

Along with the announcement a teaser visual, logo, and a new website domain ninja-ittoki.com was also released.

Both companies are responsible for the series’ initial planning, while TROYCA will be in charge of the adaptation.

Mr. Toshiyuki Nagano, President of TROYCA shared a few words to commemorate the announcement. He said, “Everyone, I am very happy that the project has finally been announced. The content of the project will be revealed in the future. Troyca will adapt it is an original story after a long time, so the story will be simple. It will be a wonderful title filled with the thoughts of many people, so please look forward to it.”

In March 2017, DMM launched the DMM Pictures cartoon label. The TROYCA studio was created in 2014 by anime director Ei Aoki (Fate/Zero, Girls Bravo, Wandering Son) and his friends. The studio has animated series such as IDOLiSH7, Aldnoah. Zero, RE: CREATORS, and Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note.
