My Hero Academia Vigilantes Episode 2 begins where the first episode ended with Knuckleduster trying to beat up a Salaryman for looking suspicious. However, much to Knuckle’s dismay, he is stopped by none other than fan favourite Eraserhead.
Knuckleduster puts up a great battle of fists against Eraserhead urging the latter to use his Quirk nullification quirk against the former. However, after Knuckle continues to fight with the same power and endurance, Eraserhead concludes that Knuckle is indeed quirkless.
Although quirkless, Eraserhead acknowledges that Knuckle is a formidable fighter and is someone worth notifying the police about. While these two are busy in their squabble, Pop Step finds out that the Salaryman Knuckle was about to beat up was indeed a drug dealer.
She asks Koichi to follow and grab hold of him, however, they are attacked again by the same three thugs they fought in the first episode with a new variant of the drug. This new variant doesn’t make them go completely berserk.
The screams from Pop Step and other civilians urged Eraserhead and Knuckleduster to stop fighting and take down the 3 villains. Meanwhile, Koichi continues following the Salaryman who is supposedly obsessed with action figures which fell from his suitcase during the chase.
The salaryman creepily opens up the All Might action figure, injects himself with the drug called Trigger and becomes a giant toy-man. As he starts to wreak havoc within the block, Eraserhead makes a quick comeback again and makes quick work of the villain too.
Before he leaves, Eraser thanks Knuckle for helping him catch all of the villains while they still argue about Knuckle’s philosophy about catching criminals. Later on, Knuckle and his team beat up another Trigger user and handed him over to the police.
Not before Knuckle beat him to the point that his face was unrecognizable though. However, they do make 2 new friends who may or may not join their 3 man squad in the future.
The episode ends with the introduction of the most awaited character of the series, Detective Tsukauchi. His appearance is sure to make the upcoming episodes more fun and quirky to watch. So stay tuned to Crunchyroll to watch My Hero Academia Vigilantes every week.
