KonoSuba anime has officially confirmed the production of season 4, with the announcement made during a YouTube livestream celebrating the series’ 10th anniversary on Jan 13.
The reveal headlines a broad slate of commemorative projects, including large-scale cast events, an original audio drama, a new official game, and multiple publishing and music releases tied to the milestone.
A key visual was also revealed to commemorate the anime’s 10th anniversary.

The 10th anniversary event featuring the main cast is scheduled for July 26, 2026, at Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall in Kanagawa. Cast members set to appear include Jun Fukushima, Sora Amamiya, Rie Takahashi, Ai Kayano, among others. In addition, a special exhibition event will be held in autumn 2026 at Akiba_Square inside Akihabara UDX in Tokyo.
The franchise will also release an original audio drama written by author Natsume Akatsuki, depicting the four seasons of Axel City over the course of a year. The winter-themed episode titled “White Snow Fairy Tale: The Season of Ice Flowers” is slated to stream on YouTube later this year.

Alongside this, past episodes of the official web program KonoSuba Radio will be made available again on YouTube for a limited time.
Additionally, a new official game, titled KonoSuba – God’s Blessing In This Wonderful World!! Prosperity On This Lovely Town!, with an original story is under development.
The game is planned for mobile and PC platforms with a 2026 release window. Akatsuki is overseeing the scenario as supervisor.

It was also revealed that the latest light novel volume, KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! Yorimichi 4th Time!, will be released on Feb 28 under Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko. Meanwhile, a 10th anniversary SONG-BOX CD, featuring 88 tracks including several songs receiving their first CD release, is scheduled to launch on March 18.
KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! is based on the light novel series written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima.
The anime first aired from January to March 2016. It was produced by Studio Deen. It was followed by a second season that aired from January to March 2017. An anime film, KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! Legend of Crimson, produced by J.C.Staff, premiered on Aug. 30, 2019.
Later, an adaptation of the spinoff An Explosion on This Wonderful World!, produced by Drive, aired from April to June 2023. Drive also produced the main series’ third season, which aired from April to June 2024.
