Kagurabachi anime will be heading on a world tour starting July 2026 conducting world premiere screenings across four major anime conventions – Anime Expo, Anime NYC, Japan Expo Paris and AnimagiC.
The first 20 minutes of the anime’s first episode will be screened as a part of the Kagurabachi world tour to give fans a glimpse of the show ahead of its April 2027 release.
In addition to screening part of the first episode, these events will also host special panels featuring Taihi Kimura, who voices Chihiro Rokuhira in the anime, along with the editor or cross-media producer of Kagurabachi manga, and also producers from the anime.
The schedule for the first part of the world tour are given below. Details about the second part, which will end end in Japan in Spring 2027 with the screening of the entire first episode before its official broadcast, will be revealed soon.
Anime Expo Kagurabachi premiere details:

Kagurabachi is being adapted by Cypic (previously CygamesPictures) with Tetsuya Takeuchi helming the series and Keigo Sasaki handling the character designs. Takeuchi had stated that he will deliver a show that both longtime fans of the manga and first-time viewers can enjoy.
Hokazono started serializing the manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2023 and it currently has over 4 million copies in circulation.
