Each entry includes verified data such as Quirks, hero names, birthdates, abilities, and key relationships, along with memorable quotes and stills from pivotal moments in the series.

The book also highlights character dynamics that define the series, including rivalries, mentorships, and evolving alliances.

Early sample pages spotlight protagonists such as Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Ochaco Uraraka, detailing their training at U.A. High School, professional internships, and battles during major story arcs.

DK noted that the guide emphasizes lesser-known details alongside widely recognized facts, making it useful even for readers already familiar with the storyline.

Based on Kohei Horikoshi’s manga of the same name, the anime series aired for a total of eight seasons from April 3, 2016, to Dec 13, 2025. The anime has also received four animated films, subtitled Two Heroes, Heroes Rising, World Heroes’ Mission, and You’re Next, along with ten original video animations (OVAs).

A bonus television special that adapts chapter 431, which was bundled with the 42nd and final volume of the manga, is set to premiere on May 2, 2026.

The manga ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from July 2014 to August 2024 and has surpassed 100 million copies in circulation worldwide.
