Crunchyroll announced that it will begin streaming Naruto Shippuden with Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu dubs in India starting July 6.
The Hindi dub will be available exclusively on Crunchyroll, while all three dubbed versions will roll out in batches through September 2026. The release will cover the first 220 episodes of the anime.
Naruto Shippuden follows Naruto Uzumaki after he returns to the Hidden Leaf Village following years of training. Now in his teens, Naruto reunites with his fellow ninjas as they face a new threat in the mysterious Akatsuki organization. As the conflict escalates, Naruto trains harder than ever and pushes his will to his limits.
The anime is the sequel to the original Naruto television series and adapts the second half of Masashi Kishimoto’s manga, with exactly 500 episodes.
The anime was directed by Hayato Date and produced by Pierrot in collaboration with TV Tokyo. It premiered on TV Tokyo on Feb 15, 2007, and aired until its conclusion on March 23, 2017.
Although this marks the debut of Naruto Shippuden‘s Hindi dub on Crunchyroll, the anime has previously been dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu for television broadcasts on Sony YAY!.
