Numerous tweets and messages posted by netizens on online forums revealed that Crunchyroll had deleted all episodes of Bleach anime from their website as of Oct 1, 2022.

A lot of fans stated that they were booted out of Crunchyroll in the midst of streaming Bleach episodes on the platform. However, it is apparently still available in Latin American regions in Spanish and Portuguese dubs.

Animehunch Team has reached out to Crunchyroll for more details on this matter.

The Bleach faithful were quick to conclude that Crunchyroll had lost the streaming rights to the anime, probably to Disney+, however, they were disappointed by the fact that the streaming giant did not even give them a proper warning before taking the show off the platform.

Bleach has not just left Crunchyroll’s website, it was also taken off from their YouTube channel.

With Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War‘s release date approaching, fans’ concerns were justifiably on the rise as there was no information on which platform the anime would be streaming.

Bleach: TYBW will start airing in Japan on Oct 10, 2022. It will run for four cours with breaks in between.

Tomohisa Taguchi is directing the series at Studio Pierrot. He will also be scripting the series along with Masaki Hiramatsu.

The cast from the previous seasons are reprising their roles in the series.

It was also revealed earlier that Viz Media will be premiering the initial episodes of the Bleach Thousand Year Blood War anime 2 days before the anime’s official release. The premiere will take place at Empire Stage at NYCC on October 8, 2022.
