Crunchyroll announced on Aug 24, 2023, that they will start streaming the Hindi dub of The Detective Is Already Dead anime on  August 30, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. IST.

Cast of The Detective Is Already Dead Hindi dub was also revealed along with the announcement.

Cast includes:

• Sahil Kulkarni as Kimihiko Kimizuka
• Ayushi as Siesta

Crunchyroll describes the plot of the anime as:

After thwarting a hijacking with beautiful, silver-haired detective Siesta, Kimihiko leads a life of globe-
trotting and crime-solving—until Siesta dies. A year later, a new case will open old wounds as it threads
murder, conspiracy, and his dead partner!

The Detective Is Already Dead by ENGI aired from July to September 2021. A second season has been announced.

The Detective Is Already Dead is a Japanese light novel series written by Nigojū and illustrated by Umibōzu. Media Factory have published the series since November 2019 under their MF Bunko J imprint.

A manga adaptation with art by Mugiko has been serialized in Media Factory’s seinen manga magazine Monthly Comic Alive since May 2020. Both the light novel and manga are licensed in North America by Yen Press.
