Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Streams Final Part Of Its Special Video

The movie released in Japan on June 11, 2022.

The official twitter account of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero began streaming the third and final part of its special promo video in commemoration of the movie releasing in Japan on June 11, 2022.

The 30-second video begins with Magenta talking about the revival of the Red Ribbon army and then goes on to feature scenes from Gohan and Piccolo’s fight with Gamma 1 and Gamma 2.

The first part of the special promo video was released on on Friday, May 27, 2022 followed by its second part on June 3, 2022.

Toei also streamed multiple 15-second promo videos for the movie, that were streamed before the second part of the promo video released.

A special screening for the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie was held across five major cities in Japan on June 10, 2022. The movie released in Japan on June 11, 2022.

A special stage greeting, attended by voice actors Masako Nozawa, Toshio Furukawa, Miyu Irino, Hiroshi Kamiya, Mamoru Miyano and director Tetsuro Kodama, was held at at Shinjuku Wald 9 for the movie’s premiere.

Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures have teamed up to screen Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie globally.

While official date of release for the United States and other regions are not available yet, a theatre poster at the AMC Neshaminy 24 theater in Bensalem, Pennsylvania located inside the Neshaminy Mall suggested that the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will open in the United States on Aug 19, 2022.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, was scheduled to be released on April 22 in Japan and was slated to open in North America this summer, however, it was postponed due to the Toei Animation hack on March 6.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is the second film to be released for the Dragon Ball: Super series and will be the 21st overall in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.

The Red Ribbon Army was once destroyed by Son Goku. Individuals, who carry on its spirit, have created the ultimate Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two Androids call themselves “Super Heroes”.
