The official Twitter account of The Promised Neverland anime revealed the opening theme song for season 2 of the anime. Kiro Akiyama is performing the song “Identity”. You can check the link here:
The second season starts airing on January 7, 2021. It’ll broadcast on Fuji TV. It was supposed to air in October but was delayed due to COVID-19.
The first season of the anime adaptation aired in January 2019.
Aniplex of America simulcasted the anime on Crunchyroll, Hulu, Funimation, and HIDIVE. However, Toonami began airing the anime in April 2019.
The Promised Neverland manga serialised in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in August 2016 and ended it on June 15. Viz Media publishes the English version of the manga digitally. MANGA Plus also publishes the manga digitally in English.
A separate new one-shot chapter of the manga will debut at an exhibition in Tokyo this winter.
A live-action movie adaptation of the manga is releasing on December 18. Also, Amazon is developing a separate live-action series adaptation of the manga in English.
