The Pokemon Black and White theme song composer and arranger, Masanori Takumi has won a Grammy for Best Global Music Album for his Sakura album at the 65th Grammy Awards ceremony on February 5.
He released the album under the pen name of Masa Takumi.
After winning the award he expressed his joy by saying, “What happened!? This is the Grammy Awards! I didn’t prepare anything, so I’m at a loss for words. I would like to express my gratitude to my family and friends in Hiroshima.“
