To commemorate the 100th volume release of Eiichiro Oda’s masterpiece ONE PIECE on September 3, the popular Japanese newspaper Mainichi Shimbun took the leisure to release a tabloid “Mainichi World Economic Newspaper” based on the “World Economic Newspaper” in Oda’s series.

The World Economic Newspaper is a fictional newspaper published by Morgans, the newspaper king, in the One Piece series. It will be released as a realistic newspaper to commemorate the release of the 100th volume of comics, produced with the editorial cooperation of Mainichi Shimbun.

The tabloid introduces the readers to the trajectory of the great voyage of Luffy focusing on the Wano arc, till volume 100. Various information related to “ONE PIECE” such as the introduction of straw hat pirates and major characters, correlation diagram of each pirate group, historical year table, 100-volume reach commemoration projects, etc. will be available.

Reservations at the Mainichi newspaper shop Yahoo! store start from August 17. All 24 pages are all-color, and the price is 490 yen.
