Haikyu!! To Allow 10,000 Fans To Be Part Of The Upcoming Anime Film

Haikyu!! Festa 2023, the highly anticipated event for fans of the popular sports anime Haikyu!!, has revealed a thrilling new project on July 26, 2023. The official Twitter account of the anime revealed that 10,000 fans of the anime now have a chance to be part of the upcoming two-part Haikyu!! FINAL films.

The project, which is titled “Grand Send-off Party/Great Farewell Party,” will involve recording the cheers from these 10,000 fans and using them in the movie for the cheering crowd.

The recording will take place during Haikyu!! Festa, which will be held on Sep 24, 2023 at the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza in Chofu, Tokyo.

Participants are also urged to wear Orange coloured clothes, accessories, goods, etc., to maintain a unity between the performers.

Fans who attend the event stand a chance to etch their name into the lore of Haikyu!! anime forever!

The event, which will be the largest event ever held for the franchise, was initially set to take place in August, but was later postponed to September. The festa will mark the countdown to the release of the theatrical anime film “Haikyu!! FINAL.

Haikyu!! is created by Haruichi Furudate and was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2012 to July 2020. The series has over 55 million copies in circulation. It has 45 volumes containing 405 chapters.

The first season of the TV anime aired from April 2014 to September 2014. The second season aired from October 2015 to March 2016. The third season aired from October 2016 to December 2016.

The season 4 of the series aired in two cours, the first cour aired in January 2020 whereas the second cour aired from October to December 2020.
