Tokyo Revengers Exhibition Displays A Giant Golden Mikey

Previously, a “Giant visual” of Mikey and his gang was displayed on the Toshima Ward Arts and Culture Theater (Tokyo Building Brillia HALL), in Ikebukuro on Jan 25, 2022.

The press conference in Ikebukuro Sunshine City, Tokyo on Jan 28, 2022, revealed that a “Giant Golden Mikey” will be on display for the TOKYO REVENGERS EXHIBITION. The model can be found near the exit of the venue.

The exhibition will also contain a room resembling that of the main character, Takemichi Hanagaki’s, as in the manga, along with a manga storyboard that will feature the story of Tokyo Revengers.

The storyboard will show famous scenes and battle scenes, such as “8.3 Conflict,” “Blood Halloween,” “Holy Night Battle,” and “Kanto Incident”.

Moreover, photo spots with two bike models resembling the ones from the series along with costumes of the members of Tokyo Revengers with their anime/manga images and live-action counterparts can be found in the venue.

Many commemorative goods will also be sold at the venue. Original drawings and acrylic stands using event visuals, goods using cuts from the original work will be on display.

Ikebukuro donned Toman’s colors for the exhibition featuring flags, panoramic advertisements, and many more.

The ” TOKYO REVENGERS EXHIBITION ” will take place at Tokyo’s Ikebukuro Sunshine City Mall from Jan 29 to Feb 14, 2022, and in Osaka’s Nanko ATC Gallery from March 19 to 27, 2022. It will include various original artwork from author Ken Wakui along with content from manga, TV anime, and the live-action adaptation of the series.

Tokyo Revengers, written by Ken Wakui, is one of the most trending Japanese manga series right now. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2017 and has sold over 40 million copies so far. It was also adapted to a TV anime series aired from April to September 2021 and a live-action film released in Japan in July 2021.
