The official website of Magademy Awards announced the winners for the 2022 edition of the awards on March 15, 2023.
Dai Miyamoto from BLUE GIANT got crowned with the Best Actor Award for inspiring the readers with his hard work and conviction, while Inori Yuitsuka from Medalist bagged the Best Actress Award for having a positive influence over those around her and having the power to pull people together.
The winners have also commented on their big win. Check them out below:
Dai Miyamoto:
Hello everyone. My name is Dai Miyamoto! I received the prestigious Best Actor Award before becoming the world’s best jazz player! I am so happy! I owe it all to the members I played with, the people who supported me, the audience, and the readers. I will continue to play, so please keep in touch with me!
Inori Yuitsuka:
My name is Inori Yui. I am a figure skater in the women’s singles team. After school, I go to the skating rink and work hard with my teacher to do the triple Lutz jump. When I skate, I like to see the smiling faces of the skaters after the performance, and to get a handshake from them.
When I can get on the platform, I am happy that I could do it as I practiced with my teacher, and I am very happy that many people are happy to see me. But when I can’t do it well, I feel sad.
At those times, Tsukasa-sensei, who I practice with all the time, praises me during practice, saying, “You did your best.
It makes me happy, but I feel a little embarrassed that he praises me when I don’t do well. But I was also very happy to receive an award for doing my best, as I did today. It’s a pity that I couldn’t make it today because I had a training session.
I really wanted to receive the trophy in person. I am looking forward to receiving it at home.
I will do my best to win more medals in skating competitions from now on!
