Crunchyroll unveiled two huge murals of Attack On Titan located in New York City and Los Angeles on Monday, Jan 31, 2022, to celebrate the commencement of Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 with fans “coast to coast”.
Crunchyroll streamed a behind-the-scenes video on their official YouTube channel to commemorate the show.
Both the murals featured the same artwork, and highlighted several members of the main cast of Attack on Titan, including Eren, Mikasa, and Armin.
The NYC mural is located in Brooklyn (Williamsburg) at the intersection of N. 10th St. and Wythe Ave while the Los Angeles Mural can be found in West Hollywood at the intersection of Sunset Blvd and N. Martel Ave.
Both murals are currently on display in Brooklyn and West Hollywood and will be up until Feb 6, 2022, allowing fans the opportunity to go and see them if they’re in the neighbourhood.
The final season of Attack on Titan resumed on Jan 9, 2022, temporarily disabling the servers of Funimation and Crunchyroll services. The anime is set to conclude on March 27, 2022. The season is listed with 12 episodes.
The Attack on Titan The Final Season anime premiered on NHK in December 2020. The first season premiered in April 2013, and the second season premiered in April 2017. The first part of the third season premiered in July 2018, and the second half premiered in Japan on the NHK General channel in April 2019.
