The 44th issue of Weekly Shounen Jump released on 4th October 2021, revealed a special section focusing on Jujutsu Kaisen where manga author Gege Akutami answered questions regarding his “inspiration for the characters’ Curse techniques”.
A reliable source of immediate information on Jujutsu Kaisen, Twitter user @IDuckyx shared the page from the Weekly Shonen Jump.

Kirara’s Love Rendezvous is one of the complex techniques Akutami has flashed in Jujutsu Kaisen manga for the fans to comprehend.
Akutami says he tried to create a cursed technique for Kirara like the “calorie counting” in Jojo Part 6 and beyond, but has added his own flair to compensate for the differences.
