As the last episode of Season 2 for the anime “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” aired on Tuesday, it ended on an exciting note.
The official Twitter account for the TV anime announced along with a trailer on Tuesday that the series is getting a movie in fall 2022.

That Time I Got Reincarnated As Slime Season 2 Cour 2 started airing from July 6th, 2021; as part of the Summer 2021 anime season. The second television anime season premiered its first cours (quarter of a year) in January.
Crunchyroll describes the series as:
A random killer stabs corporate worker Mikami Satoru and then he is reborn into an alternate world. But he turns out to be reborn a slime!
Thrown into this new world with the name Rimuru, he begins his quest to create a world that’s welcoming to all races.
