Haro Aso and Kotaro Takata’s horror comedy manga Zom 100: Bucket List Of The Dead manga is getting an anime adaptation set to premiere in July 2023.
The anime will be exclusively streamed on Hulu for the U.S. audiences, while streaming partners for other territories are to be announced yet.
An official website, which was launched as a part of the anime adaptation, dropped an action packed trailer with English subtitles, as well as a new key visual on Jan 6, 2023.
The key visual features Akira Tendou and Shizuka Mikazuki zooming off on their bikes as zombies chase them from all direction.
The site also revealed that Shuichiro Umeda will be voicing the protagonist Akira Tendo.
Bug Films is in charge of the animation production of Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead anime, with Shogakukan producing it.
Kawagoe Kazuki will direct the anime and Ueda Hanako will serve as the assistant director. Seko Hiroshi will be in charge of series composition.

Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead is written by Haro Aso and illustrated by Kotaro Takata. The series began in Shogakukan’s seinen manga magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X on Oct 19, 2018. Shogakukan has collected its chapters into individual tankobon volumes. The first volume was released on March 19, 2019. As of Nov 17, 2022, twelve volumes have been released.
In North America, Viz Media announced the English release of the series in July 2020. The series is licensed in France by Kana.
