The artist’s comment was also revealed on the official website:

I am R.O.N. of STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION, and I will be in charge of the opening theme song for the 3rd season. I have been involved in many Tensura projects, including the ending theme song for the 2nd season, the insert song for the movie version, the theme song for Maoryu, and the BGM for Tensura Diary. I have been involved in many of Tensura’s music, and I am very honored to be able to work with them again! Please look forward to the music as well as the anime broadcast starting in April.

I will do my best to make the music of Tensura as exciting as the anime.
