The official Twitter account of Chainsaw Man anime revealed the new ending theme song for episode 9 on Dec 6, 2022.

The 9th ending theme song, “Deep Down,” was performed by Aimer. She dedicated this song to the ladies of the anime.

“I dedicate this song to her , not to Chainsaw Man. A song dedicated to the ladies,” Aimer commented on the song released on MAPPA’s YouTube channel.

The opening theme song of the anime KICK BACK, will be performed by Kenshi Yonezu and is composed by King Gnu and Daiki Tsuneta (from Millenium Parade).

Chainsaw Man anime will have 12 episodes with a different ending theme song for each episode. TK from Ling Tosite performed the ending theme song for episode 8.

The anime started airing in Japan on Oct 11, 2022. Much to the fans delight, the most awaited opening theme of Chainsaw Man is filled with Film references, including Fujimoto’s favourite movie.

Ryu Nakayama is directing Chainsaw Man anime at MAPPA studio. Hiroshi Seko is writing the scripts, and Kazutaka Sugiyama is designing the characters.

Crunchyroll will be streaming the Chainsaw Man anime in over 200 countries and territories across the globe, except Asia, while Media Link, which run Ani-One YouTube channel, brought the rights to stream the anime in Asia, including China.
