In the latest update, Comic Con India has announced some exciting line-ups and guests for the upcoming Bengaluru event on Nov 13, 2023.

Bengaluru Comic Con 2023, presented by Maruti Suzuki Arena and powered by Crunchyroll, is set to feature a panel and exclusive session by the renowned Japanese publisher Kodansha.

In addition to Kodansha, Amar Chitra Katha and Raj Comics will also have panels.

Moreover, it was also revealed that Penguin Random House India will unveil the largest international comic bookstore at the event, showcasing titles from major publishers such as Kodansha, Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, IDW, Image, and others.

It was previously revealed that Bengaluru Comic Con 2023 is set to span over 3 days from Nov 17-19, 2023, and will be held at KTPO Trade Center, Whitefeild.

Jatin Varma, Founder of Comic Con India, expressed his excitement about this year’s expanded event, stating, “Expanding Bengaluru Comic Con into a three-day celebration is our commitment towards creating the ultimate experience for fans. Continuing the tradition of bringing together the vibrant pop culture community, we aim to offer even more engaging content, thrilling experiences, and unforgettable moments. This year’s event promises to be a gathering of fans, creators, and artists, with numerous new additions and surprises in store for attendees”.

This years Bengaluru Comic Con will also feature a 50,000 sq ft gaming arena in association with The Esports Club, called “The Arena,” where daily tournaments, Esports competitions, popular streamers, and gaming experiences will be hosted for the attendees.

All the attendees of the event will also receive an exclusive copy of Spiderman-India (No.1 Issue) comic book in collaboration with Marvel Comics.

Other line-ups revealed include: Indusverse, Holy Cow Entertainment, Happy Fluff, Hallubol (Rahil Mohsin), Garbage Bin, Corporate Comics, Bullseye Press, Bakarmaxx, Art of SAVIO, Prasad Bhat, Abhijeet Kini, and more, along with international artists like Dan Parent, Zach Stafford, and Pro-Cosplayer Brittani Ginoza.

Attendees can also look forward to performances by Azeem Banatwala, Rohan Joshi, Sahil Shah, Nirmal, and musical acts by Geek Fruit, Shah Rule, Afsar, among others.

Comic Con describes the 11th edition of its convention at Bengaluru as “a thrilling pop culture journey into comics, movies, TV shows, and gaming. Interact with characters, explore artist alleys, and join exclusive panels with industry insiders”.

Comic Con India (CCI) is a series of annual comic-based conventions held in India. The first edition was held in New Delhi in 2011 and over the years has expanded to other major cities in India such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmadabad.

Jatin Varma, the founder & managing director of Comic Con India, launched the first comic con in India in Delhi in 2011. Since 2014, Comic Con India has been conducted in collaboration with ReedPop, the organisers of the New York Comic Con and the MCM London Comic Con.
