The official website of Tonikaku Kawaii unveiled a key visual for the anime’s special episode, TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You ~Uniform~, on Aug 5, 2022.

The website further revealed that the release date of the special episode will be delayed from Summer 2022 to Fall 2022.

The PV for Tsukasa’s kitchen song, composed by Pero and Kohei Yokono, will be released by the end of August 2022, prior to the release date of the episode. The song will be sung by Tsukasa’s VA, Akari Kito.

In addition, it was also decided that Crunchyroll will stream TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You ~Uniform~ Special Episode on Aug 6, 2022, at the Crunchyroll Expo 2022.

The official website describes the plot for TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You ~Uniform~ as:

Tsukasa and Nasa lead a happy newlywed life at the Arisugawa family. While they had a fateful encounter, they had no experience of normal high school romance or uniform dating, but with Aya’s guidance, Tsukasa will wear a uniform. Nasa can’t hide his excitement when he sees Tsukasa in a uniform that he doesn’t usually see…

Tonikaku Kawaii-Fly Me To The Moon- anime’s second season is still in production.

Returning cast Junya Enoki, Kito Akari will play Nasa Yuzaki and Tsukasa Yuzaki respectively.

Fly Me to the Moon, also known outside Japan as Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kenjiro Hata. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shōnen Sunday since February 2018.

A twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by Seven Arcs Studios, directed by Hiroshi Ikehata and scripts were written by Kazuho Hyodo, released from October 2020 to December 2020. An OVA titled Tonikaku Kawaii: SNS premiered on August 18.
