The special pre-screening event for Teasing Master Takagi san anime film held at TOHO Cinemas Hibiyato announced that the film will receive four different ending theme songs. A new ending theme will play every week for four weeks during the films’ screening.

The ending theme during the first week of screening will be a cover version of I WiSH’s “Ashita e no Tobira” (The Door Into Tomorrow) performed by voice actress Rie Takahashi.

Yuiko Ōhara will perform the film’s insert song “Hamabō no Hana,” as well as the theme song “Hajimari no Natsu” (The Beginning of Summer).

The official website also revealed a new special 10-minute video looking back to the memorable moments in the anime till season 3. The video features a conversation drama of three classmates Mina (voiced by Konomi Kohara), Yukari (voiced by M ・ A ・ O), and Sanae (voiced by Yui Ogura).

In addition, the franchise held a “Blackboard art production process” live broadcast on June 5 (Sun) and 6 (Mon). The illustration works will be posted at the Tokyo Metro Shinjuku Station Marunouchi Line Metro Promenade from the opening day of the movie.

The Teasing Master Takagi-san Movie will open in Japanese theatres on June 10.

Teasing Master Takagi-san is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Sōichirō Yamamoto. The series features the daily life of Takagi, who loves to tease her classmate Nishikata, and Nishikata’s failed attempts to get back at her. In North America, the manga is licensed by Yen Press.

An anime television series by Shin-Ei Animation aired from January to March 2018. An original video animation (OVA) was released in July 2018. A second season aired from July to September 2019. A third season aired from January to March 2022.

In 2021, Teasing Master Takagi-san won the 66th Shogakukan Manga Award in the shōnen category.
