The official YouTube channel of Japanese alternative metal band SiM unveiled a special music video for their latest Attack on Titan opening song, “The Rumbling” on March 27, 2022. The full version video features scenes from the TV series with lyrics.
As of writing, the Youtube video already garnered over 3000 likes on Twitter within 16 hours, and over 400,000 views on YouTube. Motohiro Ishii directed the music video, which was produced by Masako Yoshikawa. MaH, the band’s vocalist, wrote and composed the SiM song.

SHOW-HATE (ショウヘイト), guitarist
“The Rumbling” was first revealed in TV size during the premiere of Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 2 in January 2022. The song also reached the top of Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart for that month. The full version was released on Feb 7.
The official music video (inspired by Attack on Titan) was released on March 2 where Taiyo Yamamoto (from flapper3 Inc.) directed the music video, with Kohta Morie (MORIE Inc.) as the CG director.
Ai Higuchi’s “Akuma no Ko” used as the ending sequence of Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 2 also received an anime special music video in January.
Based on the manga by Hajime Iseyama, Attack on Titan is now in its fourth and final season. The final season resumed on Jan 9, 2022, temporarily disabling the servers of Funimation and Crunchyroll services.
The season will have 12 episodes in total and is set to conclude on April 4, 2022.
