The video focuses on Nino Nakano from Quintessential Quintuplets who is the second eldest of the 5 sisters. She acts as the mother of the family; cooking for them and taking care of their medical needs. Among the five sisters, she is the one who has the highest hostility towards Fuutarou Uesugi and often rebelled against him early in the series. The video is a compilation of Ninos’ dialogues and her interaction with other characters. 

TBS uploaded another video of Ichika before this video. The videos of the remaining three sisters will air in the upcoming weeks. 

Quintessential Quintuplets‘ second season starts airing in January 2021 which was scheduled to be released in October 2020 but was delayed due to Covid. It is being directed by Kaori replacing Satoshi Kuwabara. Keiichirō Ōchi is returning from the first season to write the script for the series. Bibury Animation Studio will be animating the second season, replacing Tezuka Productions. Masato Katsumata (Azur Lane assistant animation director) will be doing the character designs and also serving as chief animation director. Hanae Nakamura and Miki Sakurai are going to compose the music.

One day, a poor high school second-year named Futaro Uesugi comes across a private tutoring gig with good pay. But his pupils are his classmates!! And they’re quintuplets!! And they’re all gorgeous girls, but they’re also troublemakers who hate to study and are on the verge of flunking out! And his first task is simply gaining the sisters’ trust?! Every day is a party! The curtain is rising on the Nakano quintuplets’ quirky romantic comedy with five times the cute!!

The manga was  Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in August 2017. The manga ended in February 2020.
