Oregairu Collaborates With Japan Post To Launch Stamp Collection

The stamps will be on sale from June 17 till stocks run out.

The official website for Japan Post announced on May 31, 2022, that it has teamed up with the My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU franchise to launch an exclusive stamp collection. The original stamps will be sold only at 133 post offices in Chiba City and Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture.

The collection will contain a stamp sheet, clear cards in a social media-like style, a postcard, a B5 card, and a commemorative envelope.

The stamps will be on sale from June 17 till stocks run out. It will be priced 2,000 yen (US$15). They’ll also be available online until June 25, but with only 2,000 sets available for purchase.

Original author Wataru Watari attended a launch ceremony on June 7 held at the Chiba Municipal Inage High School. He also shared images of the ceremony on his Twitter account.

My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected, abbreviated as OreGairu and Hamachi and also known as My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, is a Japanese light novel series written by Wataru Watari and illustrated by Ponkan8.

There are three manga adaptations and two anthology volumes. It has been adapted into an anime television series, which aired between April 4 and June 27, 2013 and was followed by a second season which aired between April 2 and June 25, 2015, as well as a third and final season which aired between July 9, 2020 and September 24, 2020.

Yahari Game demo Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatteiru, a video game was released by 5pb., for the PlayStation Vita was released on September 19, 2013. A second video game also by 5pb was released on October 27, 2016. Both games were bundled together in a release for the PlayStation 4, titled Yahari Game demo Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatteiru. & Zoku Omatome Set, which was released on October 26, 2017.
