In a first-of-its-kind crossover, One Piece is teaming up with the Los Angeles Lakers for a special game night collaboration on Friday, Feb. 28.
The event will take place at Crypto.com Arena as the Lakers face off against the Clippers.
The night will feature exclusive One Piece-themed activities, including the debut of an animated sequence showcasing Luffy playing basketball. Additionally, all 10 members of the Straw Hat Pirates will be depicted in Lakers-inspired visuals, which will be released on social media to celebrate the event.
Attendees at the game will receive limited-edition Lakers x One Piece merchandise, including a specially designed T-shirt and a poster featuring artwork of the Straw Hat Pirates donning the Lakers’ signature purple and gold colors.
Fans will also have the opportunity to capture the moment at the One Piece Bounty Rush photo booth, located on the main concourse inside Crypto.com Arena.
In addition to this, randomly selected fans will be invited to participate in a special on-court One Piece game, where they will compete for exclusive prizes.
