The wait is finally over, as the official Twitter account of One Piece dropped the highly anticipated Gear 5 trailer showcasing Luffy’s peak form on July 22, 2023.

Gear 5 will debut in episode 1071 of the anime on Aug 6, 2023.

Fans will finally get the chance to witness the animated adaptation of manga chapter 1044, a highly awaited moment that has been the subject of eager speculation.

It was previously revealed that the world’s largest cinema hall is planning to screen the Gear 5 episode for fans on the big screen.
