The NHK E-Tele department announced to broadcast Ukrainian creator Olga Cherepanova‘s children’s anime, Brave Bunnies, for the first time in Japan on May 5, 2022, at 2:47 pm (JST).

Voice actors Ayumi Tsunematsu, Sumire Morohoshi, Taiki Yamashita, and others will dub the anime for the Japanese audience.
This 2D series directed by Tim Fehrenbach follows a curious family of bunnies traveling on the Bunny Bus. Brother and sister Bunnies Bop and Boo discover a variety of different animals on their journey, often creating games and always making friends.
Brave Bunnies made the world premiere on Dec 5, 2022, on the PLUSPLUS TV channel in Ukraine. It is an anime made for pre-schoolers that is popular in 63 countries and regions around the world.
Its goal is to assist children in their early socialization, to teach them to accept differences, and to be brave in exploring the diversity of the world around them.
Brave Bunnies is a brand new and unique entertainment and educational series for preschool kids. The project is created in co-production with a Spanish animation studio – Ánima and Ukrainian production company Glowberry. The team includes the Director – Tim Fehrenbach (Great Britain), and the Head Writer for the series – John van Bruggen (Canada), who has extensive experience in creating kids’ animated content. The visual style of the series is created by a famous Ukrainian illustrator Anna Sarvira (Ukraine). The project is created with the support of FILM.UA Group, the State Film Agency, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
