New Haikyu!! Stage Play Reveals Key Visual, Main Cast Members, Performance Schedule & Other Details

The official website of theatrical company ‘Gekidan Haikyu‘ revealed the complete details regarding the inaugural performance of the new Haikyuu!! stage play, including its main cast members, and schedule on June 12, 2023.

A new key visual was also revealed by the company to commemorate the announcements.

New Haikyuu!! stage play will be performed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Stellar Ball in Tokyo from August 19 to 27, 2023.

Kenta Suga, the actor who played Shoyo Hinata in Hyper Projection Engeki: Haikyu!!, will be directing the new play, with Masami in charge of the screenplay. Shunsuke Wada will compose the music for the play.

Haikyu!! is created by Haruichi Furudate and was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2012 to July 2020. The series has over 55 million copies in circulation. It has 45 volumes containing 405 chapters.

The first season of the TV anime aired from April 2014 to September 2014. The second season aired from October 2015 to March 2016. The third season aired from October 2016 to December 2016.

The season 4 of the series aired in two cours, the first cour aired in January 2020 whereas the second cour aired from October to December 2020.
