Following the broadcast of the second season of My Happy Marriage on April 9, 2025, the official X account of the series announced that a new anime project is in production.
The announcement was accompanied by a promotional video and visual.

More details on the project, such as the release date and format, are yet to be revealed.
The second season of My Happy Marriage aired from Jan 6 to April 9, 2025.
Masayuki Kojima co-directed the season with Takehiro Kubota. Ami Sato was the sole head writer and also co-wrote the script with Minori Hashiba, Fuka Ishii, and Momoka Toyoda.
Riria performed the opening theme song “Shiawase no Yakusoku,” while Kashitaro Ito performed the ending theme song “Tsukikage Okuri”.
The first season aired from July 5 to Sep 20, 2023.
It was directed by Takehiro Kubota, with supervision and storyboards handled by Takao Abo, scripts written by Ami Sato, Takahito Onishi and Momoka Toyoda, character designs by Shoko Yasuda.
My Happy Marriage is a Japanese light novel series written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka.
Initially published online via the user-generated novel publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro, it was later acquired by Fujimi Shobo, who has released the series since January 2019 under their Fujimi L Bunko imprint.
A manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka has been serialized in Square Enix’s Gangan Online service since December 2018. A live-action film adaptation premiered in Japan in March 2023.
