The development manager of the video game “Immortals: Muv-Luv Alternative” rolled out an apology letter on Tuesday, Mar 22, 2022, apologizing for inappropriate expressions in the remarks made by him targeted at the franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby.
“There were inappropriate expressions in posts from this account (@asitatteimasa). Unnecessary remarks due to lack of thought. I deeply apologize for making you feel uneasy. Regarding the post, we will not make such inappropriate remarks in the future,” said the aNCHOR Public Relations Officer.
According to Yaraon, the development manager with the user name @asitatteimasa posted an image of horse sashimi on Twitter on Mar 2 and captioned it as the hashtag “umamusumeprettyderby”.

The now-deleted images resurfaced in the comment section on Tuesday after Muv-Luv’s aNCHOR Public Relations Officer Sho Hamanaga posted an official apology letter against @asitatteimasa‘s actions.
Muv-Luv has also assured to take measures steps against the staff to prevent recurrence of such a situation.
Previously in December, the same staff member posted a few images of his colleagues whose faces were hidden by emojis, describing them as “Those who do not fit the job” and “Those who are not dedicated to their jobs but have come.”
Immortals: Muv-Luv Alternative is a free to play smartphone action RPG with gacha elements. It is set to be released on March 17, 2022.
