HIDIVE has announced the removal of three anime titles from its streaming platform, effective Jan 15, 2025, at 00:00 EST.
The affected series include Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible!, Giant Beasts of ARS, and Spy Classroom.
These series premiered in 2023 and have been available for streaming on the platform throughout the year.
The reason for the removal, however, wasn’t specified by HIDIVE.
Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible! is a romantic comedy that follows Junta Shiraishi, a high school student so socially invisible that even his classmates overlook him. His life takes a turn when Nagisa Kubo, a classmate, begins to notice him and teases him, bringing him into the spotlight.
Giant Beasts of ARS is set in a world where colossal creatures known as giant beasts roam the land. The story centers on Jiro, a beast hunter, and Kuumi, a mysterious girl he encounters. Together, they navigate a world filled with mythical creatures and hidden secrets.
Spy Classroom is a spy action series that follows Lily, a young recruit into a covert spy organization. Despite her lack of practical skills, she is assigned to a team of equally inexperienced spies. Together, they undertake dangerous missions under the guidance of their enigmatic instructor.
