During the announcement of the cast for the upcoming Love All Play badminton TV anime at the AnimeJapan 2022 stage on March 26, 2022, voice actor Natsuki Hanae revealed that his cat Konpei will make his voice acting debut in the series as the school cat, Ramune.

On his Twitter account, Hanae commented, “No way!. I’m looking forward to hearing what kind of cries the audience will get to hear!”

Fans replied with congratulatory messages and showed excitement for Konpei’s debut.

 Love All Play will start broadcasting in Japan from 17:30 on April 2, 2022 .

The other cast inlcudes:

• Hanae Natsuki as Ryō Mizushima
• Azakami Yōhei as Shōhei Sakaki
• Furukawa Makoto as Kōki Matsuda
• Ono Kenshō as Taichi Higashiyama

The anime is directed by Hiroshi Takeuchi at Nippon Animation and OLM and is scheduled to be broadcast on NTV/YTV TV networks in Japan. Tomoko Konparu is handling the series’ composition, Riko Kaneda is designing the characters, and Yuki Hayashi is composing the series’ music.

Love All Play is a Japanese badminton novel series written by Asami Koseki. Poplar Publishing have published four volumes between May 2011 and March 2014 under their Poplar Bunko Pureful imprint.

A manga adaptation with art by Dam Miyata will be serialized online via Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump manga website from April 2022.
