Crunchyroll Anime Awards Reveals Japanese Presenters & Performer Line-ups

Streaming giant, Crunchyroll revealed the on stage Japanese presenters for the most awaited Anime Awards on Feb 23, 2023.

From singer and actress Haruka Kaki, to comedian Kendo Kobayashi, and night club host, entrepreneur and TV personality Roland, along with actress Sawa Suzuki will all adore the Award show stage with their presence.

In addition to the presenters, Crunchyroll also revealed the musical performance line-up for the ceremony, which will be held in Tokyo on March 4, 2023, and live-streamed for the international audiences. The performances will be held in commemoration of past Anime Awards winners. Check them out below:

  • ALI along with LEO will perform JUJUTSU KAISEN ending theme song “LOST IN PARADISE”.
  • KOHTA YAMAMOTO will perform Attack on Titan Final Season song “Ashes on the Fire”.
  • Yuki Kajiura will perform a song from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc.

It was previously revealed that Aidan Hutchinson, Finn Wolfhard, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Bertrand, Valkyrae, and others will be the celebrity presenters for the upcoming Crunchyroll Anime Awards.

The Anime Awards will take place at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa in Tokyo on Saturday, March 4, 2023, with a live ceremony hosted by renowned voice actress Sally Amaki and popular entertainer Jon Kabira that will gather the creators and talent behind the anime community’s favorite series.

Fans can watch the Anime Awards livestream on the Crunchyroll channels on YouTube and Twitch. In India, the Anime Awards will be exclusively streamed on Sony LIV.

Sony Music Solutions, part of Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc., will support Crunchyroll in the execution of the event, which will be streamed for global audiences.
