Crunchyroll announced that they have added new list of fan-favourite series to its AVOD (Advertising-based Video on Demand) catalog, all of which is available to stream starting Aug 1, 2023.

This move is aimed at making popular titles more accessible to fans, offering them a chance to sample the world of anime and build new audiences within the already passionate community. These titles will be part of the 1,000 hours of Crunchyroll’s library available for free to users with a free account, supported by ads.

These titles will be part of the 1,000 hours of Crunchyroll’s library available free for fans as a way of sampling the world of anime, building new audiences, and growing the already passionate community,” stated Crunchyroll’s Chief Content Officer, Asa Suehira.
